Miss Hallie Tennessee Looper, 79, passed away Thursday, Oct.29,1987 at the
H C. A. Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. She had been declining inhealth
for the past 10 years.
She was born Apr.25,1908 in Pickett County, TN. and the daughter of thelate
Scott and Alice (Cross) Looper. She was a retired homemaker and she livedall
her life in Pickett County. Miss Looper was a member of the Bloomington
Christian Church.
Surviving are one sister, Mary Cross of Byrdstown, TN. and several niecesand
nephews.
Funeral services were held Sat. Oct.31,1987 at 2:00 P.M. at theBloomington
Christian Church with Bro. Jim Jackson officiating. Burial was at theCross
Cemetery. Miss Looper was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Looper,and
one sister, Tressie Clark.
Serving as pallbearers were: Truman Holt, Randall Cross, Dalton Reagan,Tom
Amonett, Charles Jolley and Larry York.
Brown Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
