Home: The recently constructed, attractive and modern 1,512 square foot, one bedroom, bath, log-cedar siding home is located within 1/4 mile of the paved farm road 1159. The interior walls are wood center match lumber, floors are ceramic tile and Pergo. Central air and heat, numerous windows and a wood burning stove provide environmental comfort. Bath is tiled. Large kitchen with custom-made cabinets. The home is attractively landscaped with native rock patio, wall and rock lined gardens. An 8 x 36 foot covered front porch overlooks a park-like oak grove. An all-weather rock road connects the home to FM 1159.

Barn and Corral: A spacious 40 x 60 foot, insulated, metal barn with concrete floor and 2,400 square feet of adjoining shed space is located about 300 feet from the house. The barn has a 12-foot drive through alley with overhead doors and three finished interior wood frame rooms for office and special storage space.
