| Most of you know all about me,
but for the
people that I e-mail with doing genealogy......
I
was married for fifty years to a wonderful man who I met for the first
time the day he came home from WWII after spending 4 months in the
hospital.
His sister, Wanda, and I were and still are best friends.
Duane and I have four wonderful
children and
the same amount of in-laws. We have two sons that married
sisters.
Our two daughters are married also and they have all given us eleven
beautiful
grandchildren.
In April 1999, I lost Duane when
his heart gave
out after many years of heart disease. We were in the process of
selling our home in Austin so we could move to Paris and be near three
of the children. I did make the move in June 1999. It has
been
hard, but being near the children sure helps.
In August 1989, I started doing
family research
and I have enjoyed it so much. I volunteer one afternoon a week
at
the Genealogy Library here in Paris. I also do research on the
computer
and have made some wonderful finds over the years.
Enjoy my family on the home page
and please
sign my guest book which can be found at the bottom of each page.
Please keep the address and visit again.
