| I was invited to attend my cousin,
Joe Bailey Hodges 70th surprise birthday party on 16 Nov 2003. It
was in Garland, Texas and I rode over with Joe's sister, Connie and her
husband, Dean Ball. It was a very well prepared party, done in his
honor by his wife Edyth and his children.
My mother, Maudie Emma Taylor Posey, and Joe's mother, Ruby Taylor Hodges, were sisters. You've met them before here on "The Tattler". Joe's brother Jimmy Dale Hodges and some of his family were there. Joe's sister Connie Hodges Ball and some of her family were there. Friends, cousins, children and grandchildren filled in the rest. You did a great job, Edyth!!! |
